10-Week Anger Management Program “Anybody can become angry — that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way — that is not within everybody’s power and is not easy.” ~ Aristotle
This is a short-term skills based program (typically 10 weekly sessions) designed to explore how understanding and managing your angry feelings can transform your life and relationships. The anger management program offers a space in which men and women can find ways to transform their anger through insight, self-expression, communication skills, and awareness. Its normal to get angry. Sometimes, we get stuck in severe patterns of anger that we become destructive to ourselves, and the relationships we have with ones we love. This becomes a cycle. We continue to get angry but we never resolve the issues that made us angry in the first place. then the anger builds, and gets worse over time. This anger management program focuses on the parts of us that can react so quickly with anger. If you experience frequent, intense anger and behave destructively to yourself or others when angry, you will benefit from this program. Each week focuses on insight, behavior, and skill building. You can expect to learn:
What happens in your body when you are angry.
Tools and techniques to gain control over your anger.
How to set healthy boundaries.
How to communicate when you are angry.
How to change situations in your life causing your anger.

Anxiety Management £50 a 50 minute session
You can’t get rid of your fears, but you can learn to live with them. Anxiety, panic, and excessive worry are some of the most common reasons people enter into psychotherapy. Especially living this modern life as we do – full of stress, financial worry, and pressure to make it here. We are surrounded by a lot of people, cramped onto buses and subways, we walk home alone in the dark, we worry about our safety, and what will happen next, all being times when our fears can take over. Anxiety is an essential component of the human experience. It keeps us safe, alert, and aware as we walk home in the city, or extra focused when we need to take an exam. Unfortunately, sometimes we realize we have “too much” anxiety and find ourselves becoming anxious or having panic attacks where it does not serve or protect us. Anxiety can feel terrifying, debilitating and can sometimes cause us to make choices in our lives where anxiety is the driving force, and this is what psychotherapy can help you change.
